Refund policy

Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive an item with the incorrect pattern, color, or size, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product(s). We will gladly facilitate an exchange for the correct item. After 5 business days, all items will be considered final sale, and returns will not be processed without an RMA code.

All exchanged items (for incorrect items only) must be returned in their original packaging and condition, free of pet hair, odors, or stains. We will not ship the replacement until the original product is received and inspected. Failure to meet these terms will result in the sale being final, with no refund or exchange provided.

To request a return or exchange, please fill out the form on our Contact Page. Unauthorized returns will be considered abandoned orders, and no refund will be issued.

Undeliverable as Addressed

It is the customer's responsibility to cover any costs associated with packages deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address (or similar) provided during checkout. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the items, and the sale will be considered final, with no refund issued.

Refused Items & Unauthorized Returns
As all sales are final, any refused items, items marked "return to sender," or unauthorized returns will be treated as abandoned orders once marked delivered, and no refund will be issued.

Final Sale for Designer Purchases
Items purchased by designers for their clients are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe. Items returned in unsellable condition will be considered final sale, with no refund provided.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank and credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at help@landofpillows.com.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please fill out the form on our Contact Page.

Shipping
To return a product, please complete the form on our Contact Page. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Any original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be received within 5 business days from the issuance of an RMA and should include a copy of the original invoice. If insurance was purchased, we will file a claim on your behalf. For items shipped without insurance, the buyer must seek restitution from the carrier. We recommend shipping to a verified billing or physical address. We do not cover items shipped to third-party locations. Once items are marked as delivered, you assume liability. Any lost or damaged items must be addressed with the carrier by the purchasing customer.

 

Chargebacks & Disputes
All chargebacks and disputed transactions are subject to a $30.00 service fee. Any refunds granted will be issued less this fee. If a bank sides with the customer, we reserve the right to recoup the funds through other means. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action.
