FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all of our Domestic orders. As such, we use the most economical method of shipping, generally this is USPS Parcel. Minimum purchase may apply

Please keep in mind to continue some carriers may break up multiple package shipments during the sorting process. If you receive only part of your order, please wait 1-2 business days before contacting us on where the rest of your order is.
We understand you are anxious to get your product(s),but bear in mind, once it leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the carrier(s) to get your package to you in a timely fashion

PRIORITY SHIPPING/EXPRESS SHIPPING

While we do offer FedEx and USPS Priority shipping options, we do reserve the right to use a different carrier as long as the service is comparable or better than what was paid for .

Due to changes in USPS's shipping rates we no longer offer Priority/Express Shipping as an option for shipping pillows. This option is for pillow covers only. Customers who pay for Priority service on pillows will be refunded and our normal carrier will be used. 

Standard processing time still applies to all orders with upgraded shipping.
 

COMMERCIAL ADDRESSES

Please verify that the commercial address does receive mail delivery at the address you wish to ship to. Some commercial addresses us a PO Box, and their physical address is not deliverable. If this situation arises, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any and all extra shipping charges. We do offer FedEx shipping. Please contact us for details prior to ordering. 

Rush Order / Expedited Shipping / Deadlines

We ask that these orders contact us first to ensure we can meet your deadline. We typically can meet any REASONABLE deadline, but please keep in mind that these items are custom made to order. A fee for rush orders or expedited shipping may apply. 

Priority / Priority Express / FedEx 2 day / FedEx Overnight available upon request. Please contact us for a quite. Zip/Postal code and number/size of pillows will be needed for an accurate quote. 5 business day processing time applies on all non-rush orders including expedited shipping. USPS Priority (2-3 business days est.) may be changed to FedEx Ground (1-4 business days) or Priority Express at our discretion.

We prefer to use physical shipping addresses whenever possible over a PO/PMB (AFO/APO military excluded).

Returned items:
Any items returned as undeliverable,  incorrect address, or need to be shipped back to the customer for any reason, it is the buyers responsibility to pay all shipping charges associated with re-shipping the item(s)

Shipping to Canada (as of 3/1/14) is currently 10.99/pillow shipped First Class. 

Overseas shipping (as of 3/1/14) is currently 16.99/pillow shipped First Class.

First Class International can take up to 6 weeks to arrive, and Priority averages 6-10 business days

International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees incurred by importing our products to their country of residence. 

 We reserve the right to ship items FedEx International when customers select USPS Priority during check out as ship times are comparable.
